The first few minutes of any fire are the critical minutes. It is the first few minutes that decide whether the fire is going out or turn into an all-consuming roaring monster that is going to rob you of everything from your past to possibly the lives of your loved ones, and create a nightmare that you cannot even imagine. Do you think that the Fire Department is always going to get there in time? No, probably not.

What do you do about those first few minutes? You use the Home Fireman to put out the fire yourself or at least stop the spread of those reaching flames!

Each Home Fireman contains one ten pound, BC rated, dry chemical fire extinguisher for oil, grease and electrical fires. Each Home Fireman also contains a special 40 foot water hose, complete with valve and nozzle, to extinguish class A fires like burning wood and carpet.

The cabinet is also a good place to store the family first aid kit.

The Home Fireman is a kit that you install wherever you wish. If you are a competent handyman you will have no problens installing the Home Fireman. The installation in some cases is almost as simple as installing a bathroom medicine cabinate. The Home Fireman is designed to connect to a standard residential water line.

Where do you install the Home Fireman? Centrally located is best remembering that the hose is forty feet long with another ten feet of water reach, depending on your water pressure, for a total span of one hundred feet. With the designer fronts you can mount them anywhere. The box measures 14.5 inches wide to fit between the standard homes wall studs by 17 inches high. The flange is approximately 1.5 inches wide all the way around to cover and hide any gaps between the wall board and box.

While the Home Fireman is a great tool to have, even it is no good without the knowledge of a fire being present. Protect your valuables and loved ones with a smoke detector. Any warning is better than none.

The Home Fireman usually ships within a few days after receipt of order. If for some reason stock is low, please allow four to five weeks for shipment to arrive.
