Proxxon Scroll Saw DSHThe perfect machine for scroll saw relief projects, intarsia, all kinds of miniature fretwork, model building, toy and puzzle making, tool and die making,. architectural models or restoration of antiques. You will be able to follow intricate patterns, make inside cuts easily and get smooth edges without sanding. The unit offers a huge cutting capacity of up to 1-1/2" (50mm) in wood, 1-3/16" (30mm) in plastic, and 13/32" (10mm) in non-ferrous metal, and yet only runs with a hum. The DSH also effortlessly cuts plexiglass, fiberglass, foam, leather and cork. The dust blower with adjustable nozzle ensures clear sight of the workpiece and cutting line. The machine base is made from solid cast iron while the table is made from die-cast aluminum with a smooth finish to allow easy sliding of the workpiece. The table is tiltable through 45° allowing a lot of special effects like insised lettering, sawing chamfers, inlays and marquetry. The twin cast iron saw over arm with a direct drive is equiped with a practical handle for quick and easy adjustment of the blade tension.
