Short and simple

We respect our customers and wish that their experience with us is both enjoyable and rewarding.

Information we receive from our customers is nobodies business but ours and our customers. Credit information received through our website is encrypted and safe. Credit card information received through our website is only accessed by our credit authorization service, Authorize.net, which spends thousands of dollars anually to keep their information safe, and your credit card company which does the same thing. With web orders we are not even furnished your complete credit card number. Any information received from our customers, with the exception of shipping information, is not given to anyone else. Shipping info is of course given to whatever outfits ship it. Credit information received over the phone is shredded and destroyed immediately after we are done with it. Sales order information that we receive is kept on a computer that is not connected in any way to the internet.

We refuse to stoop so low as to send out spam ourselves. We will send followup e-mail to people that have tried to order and their order would not go through for whatever reason. We do not sell any customer information to mailing list companies or anyone else. Because of our presence on the internet, we recieve hundreds of spam e-mails daily that we refuse to respond to, and those companies will never get any business from us. We would not wish this problem on any of our customers.

We treat our customers as we would want to be treated. After all, most of you are people too and we look forward to hearing from you again. Yes, we do have a sense of humor.
